Ice-Cream Receipe...


INGREDIENTS

1 liter milk
200 gm custard milk/ powder
200 gm sugar
Flavor essence

METHOD

Start boiling milk and add sugar, custard milk or powder and essence in it. boil until it becomes 3/4. Than make it cold. Pour it in air-tight container. Keep in freezer for 5 hours. Now crush this ice cream in mixture and again deep froze in air-tight container.

* for chocolate flavor add chocolate powder when you boil milk.
* for dry fruit ice cream, add dry fruits when you crush ice cream.
