Bombay Vada Pav







INGREDIENTS

Oil
5 Green chilly
Garlic
Ginger
Coriander
Black paper
Clove
Salt
Turmeric
Red Chilly Powder
Lemon
Mint
Curd/Yogurt
Potatoes
Nuts
500 gm Potatoes
Bengal Gram flour
Bun
Cheese

RECIPE

Coriander Sauce 

Crush coriander leaves, green chillies, and mint leaves to gather. Add  salt and lemon it. You can add water to make it thin.

Red Chilly Sauce

Crush nuts with yogurt and red chilly powder and salt.

Boil potatoes, remove it's skin and smash them. Add chopped green chillies, coriander and crushed garlic, ginger, cloves, black paper, salt, lemon, turmeric powder and red chilly powder. Mix them well and make balls small balls of it.

Take bengal gram flour in and add water, salt and oil in it. Make thick liquid and deep balls in it. Fry them in oil. now cut buns from middle and apply coriander and red chilly sauce on it and put potato cutlet in it. Heat it on pan and spread cheese on it. and serve it.
