Palak Paneer
INGREDIENTS
250 gram Paneer
500 gram spinach
salt
2 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
6 Green Chilly
1 t-spoon garlic
1 t-spoon ginger
3-4 dry red chilly
1/2 t-spoon black paper
1/2 t-spoon cumin
1 table spoon Oil
1 t-spoon mustard seeds
1 Spoon coriander and mint chutney
RECIPE
Heat oil in Pan and add mustard seeds, add onion and let it be brown and than add tomatoes. When gravy starts boiling add chopped green chilly paste, garlic, ginger, black paper, cumin powder and cream. Mix them properly and add sqare piece of paneer (deep fry paneer in oil and deep it in cold water to make it soft). Boil spinach and crush it. Add paste of spinach and let it boil for 7 minute. Decorate it with tomato slice, coriander and cheese.
