INGREDIENTS
150 gm Ricotta cheese/paneer
100gm Plain wheat floor/meida
3 Onions
3 Tomatoes
Milk Cream
5 Green chillies
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red-chilli powder
1/2 tsp cardammom powder
Salt To Taste
3 tbsp cooking oil/ghee(clarified butter)
Oil for frying the koftas
Cashew nuts
1 spoon coriander
RECIPE
mix ricotta cheese and plain wheat floor and make small balls of it. Add salt in mixture if cheese in without salt. Deep fry them.
Take oil in pan and heat it. Add all the spices and ginger and garlic in the oil. Make liquid gravy of onion and add it in oil. Let it be brown and than add liquid gravy of tomatoes. Cook it for 5 minute and than add milk cream, salt and sugar. Cook it for 5 minute and add fried koftas in it. Cook it at-least for 7 to 10 minute and than add cashew nuts. Turn off burner and add chopped coriander. Your malai kofta is ready to serve.
