Home made Pizza

Ingredients

1. Ready pizza base/dough
2. Butter
3. Cheese
4. Mozzarella/Margaret cheese
5. Chilly flex
6. Oregano seeds
7. Tomato catch up
8. 1 Crushed tomato
9. 1 Crushed onion
10. Salt
11. Paste of Green chilly, Garlic and Ginger

Toppings
Use toppings according to your wish and taste. Any 3 toppings at the time will be fine.

Tomato
Onion
Capsicum
Sweetcorn
Baby corn
Olives
Green chilly
Mushroom
Pineapple
Paneer

Recipe

Take 1 spoon butter in a pan. Stir it for 30 seconds and add paste of Green chilly, Garlic and Ginger. Stir it for 30 sec and add crusher tomato and onion. Add salt according to taste in a mixture and tomato catch up of same quantity as much it is in pan. Stir it for 2 minutes.

Take 1 spoon of butter and take chopped toppings one by one and stir them with butter in pan for 3 to 4 minutes on slow fire.

Take a pizza base in plate. Apply layer of mixture made. Apply cheese and after that toppings. On top of it apply Mozzarella/Margret cheese. Pop up some chilly flex and oregano seeds.

Now you can back it in oven at 150 temperature for 3 to 5 minutes, or take a half spoon of butter in a flat pan and back your pizza on slow fire for 5 to 6 minutes. Close lid of pan while cooking pizza.

Take it on a plate and cut it in pieces, your pizza is ready to serve.
